PJM has some horrifying videos of the slaughter of Syrian Protesters
I’m just going to give a warning before putting in the link that some of these videos have very graphic, disturbing images like the one in which a father is carrying his little 10 year old son through the streets –the little boy had been shot in the head by snipers and, well as I said, graphic images.
Syrian security forces, positioned on rooftops, have been picking off unarmed civilian demonstrators with live hollow-point ammunition using high-precision rifles. The Hague Convention of 1899, Declaration III, prohibits the use in warfare of bullets that easily expand or flatten in the body. More than 75 protesters were killed yesterday. Go to Pajamas for their exclusive videos of the Friday’s protest in Syria.

Hey Yaeli,
Any word from our old Good Neighbors friends in Syria? I’m worried they are headed for big, like Homa big, massacres in Syria. Given what’s going on, the world response has been pretty tepid. I think that send a clear signal that nobody will do anything.

Mike I haven’t heard from Yaser or any of the others
I’ve got some emails out but no responses yet, I’ll definitely update you as soon as I get any information. I’m also really worried. Assad would no more blink at murdering tens of thousands any more than his father did.

Thanks Yaeli. I’ve had to look at the Now Lebanon site to get any idea what’s happening. Syria has been off the radar here. Today (Friday), with all the killing, it got maybe a minute thirty on the national news.
I wonder if the violence in Syria will flare in Lebanon next?
For everybody in the Middle East, be careful and stay safe.

The bad thing is, I have seen other children being killed in ME before, only to see them happily jump around once they thought the cameras were off. Pallywood has poisoned the well, so I don’t believe anything coming from these sources.
I hope the Syrian government soon gets a grip on that rabble before things go the way they went in Egypt.

Actually, these videos look very faked. If snipers really were in the area, it would be more than remarkable, that obviously almost everyone in the videos is pretty much unconcerned about them, standing and walking in the street.
