Nigeria: Muslims burn church, axe 8 Christians to death, burn xtian homes
Ho hum says the MSM as they mostly ignore yet another deadly attack in Nigeria: Muslims attacked a Christian village in central Nigeria on Saturday, axing eight people to death and burning seven houses and a church in fresh religious violence. This from 9 News in Austrialia: An AFP correspondent saw the bodies, as well as the burnt houses and church in Mazzah village, near the city of Jos, where deadly religious clashes have occurred a number of times in recent months.
Umoh said Fulani Muslims entered Mazzah between 1.30am and 5.00am local time, shooting sporadically in the air to lure sleeping residents outside their homes.
“Seven people were killed instantly with machetes while three others were seriously injured. One of them died on the way to the hospital.”
In March, Muslim herdsmen from the Fulani and Hausa ethnic groups launched attacks on five Christian Berom villages near the city, killing more than 500 people, state officials say.

Nigeria seems to have a long history of hatred and violence between the Christians and Muslims. The international community manages to always ignore it.

Religious, but perhaps also divided along tribal lines as well. It seems it is a long-standing conflict, with both sides committing atrocities, as so often happens with that degree of fear and hatred between groups.

What’s happening in Nigeria is what is happening elsewhere: Jihad. The south of Nigeria (like the south of the Sudan) is mostly Christian and animist; the north (like the north of the Sudan) was conquered by Muslims and Islamised, centuries ago, and they have always slaved and raided the southerners (google ‘Biafra’ and see what you find), pushing steadily south. Read the account of this particular jihad raid and then think of the Muslim pogroms against Jews that took place in Safed in the 19th century and in Hebron in 1929; it’s *the same thing*. These Nigerian Christian villagers suffered what the folks in Safed suffered in 1834 and what peaceful villages of non-Muslims unlucky enough to live within striking distance of dar al Islam have endured from murderous Muslim raiders for century after century on three continents. Perhaps the first group so to suffer were the Jews of the Khaybar Oasis, upon whom Mohammed and his bandits, so the Muslim story goes, pounced in the early morning as the Jewish farmers were going out to till their fields.

Yeah, I was against it at first too. But then with all the press I came to the conclusion that he should do it. But he backed down. Other pastors in other parts of the country did burn Korans but they seemed not to get the Press.

Usually I would be against Burning Korans but these are not usual days. I am tired of Muslims getting special treatment just because they are known for being violent.
A while ago Robert Mapplethorpe put a crucifix into urine and called it art.
No one stopped him from doing that.
Gosh I wish that Modern Christians were more violent. If there was ever a “moneychangers in the temple” time, that was certainly it.

Look apparently they will riot when we burn their book in that case I. Say bring it on ! Let them expose themselves to us so we know who the enemy is …..we seem to have trouble finding them. I say burn some korans and when violence pops up we kn ow exactly who we are fighting.
