dear g-d, armed hamas men brutally drag little kids down street as “shields” -shocking video

This is one of the most incomprehensible things I have seen. Shocking is not the word. This video captures a street scene as a Hamas gunman grabs a small terrified school child and drags him along the street like so much garbage, child flailing in terror and desperately trying to get his feet under him as he is scrapped along the pavement, as he is used as a shield to protect the gunman from being attacked.

I assume that it was filmed by a resident of Ghaza? When? What other information do we have? Just being cautious, because I don’t want for Israelis to try to top the Palliwood productions where the deceased rises from the dead when he thinks that he is off-camera.

I’m doing some checking to find out when it came out. This news release was released yesterday and I don’t know if the two events are related:

“PA Newspaper Editor Attacks Hamas’s Use Of Gaza Residents As Human Shields

Hafez Al-Barghouti, editor of the Palestinian Authority daily Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, has attacked the use of civilians as a human shield by Hamas’s military wing.

He also said that the release of videocassettes showing Hamas members digging secret tunnels beneath Gaza residents’ homes permits Israel to excuse their strikes on the homes, and called on Hamas members to keep their distance from populated places, and to protect the lives of the citizens instead of using them.”

I found this from last year: Following are excerpts from a speech delivered by Hamas MP Fathi Hammad, which aired on Al-Aqsa TV on February 29, 2008.

Fathi Hammad: [The enemies of Allah] do not know that the Palestinian people has developed its [methods] of death and death-seeking. For the Palestinian people, death has become an industry, at which women excel, and so do all the people living on this land. The elderly excel at this, and so do the mujahideen and the children. This is why they have formed human shields of the women, the children, the elderly, and the mujahideen, in order to challenge the Zionist bombing machine. The child is being dragged into safety, you should not allways see what you think what from “our ” side is best.
All the others are hiding for something coming from the right.
