Officials in Holder’s DOJ took bribes to leave financial crimes suspects alone
The Daily Caller has this breaking story: at least two DOJ prosecutors accepted cash bribes from allegedly corrupt finance executives who were indicted under court seal within the past 13 months, but never arrested or prosecuted.
The sitting governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, his attorney general and an unspecified number of Virgin Islands legislators also accepted bribes, the source said, adding that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is aware prosecutors and elected officials were bribed and otherwise compromised, but has not held anyone accountable.

I hope that Holder and those in the DOJ are exposed completely and held accountable.
It’s almost funny—but not—when I recall Obama’s promise of a “transparent” administration. The Obama administration makes Bush’s look like an open book. And, I thought that the Bush administration was bad. The Obama administration is unbelievably bad.

Obama broke so many promises and did so many about faces it’s impossible to keep track.
The biggest one I remember is during his campaign when he stood up in front of thousands of AIPAC attendees and exclaimed, “Jerusalem must remain the capital of Israel and it must remain undivided.”
Fast forward to 2011 and the deal is now “based on the ‘67 borders” which. Even if one is to take the position, as so many Obama sycophants have, that Obama wasn’t specifically endorsing the ‘67 borders as the final border arrangement … that’s still far and away different than his Jerusalem *must* remain undivided statement.
If one is to take the ‘67 borders as a basis for deals as Obama suggested then, naturally, Jerusalem’s status is negotiable and his proclamation of “must remain undivided” meant absolutely nothing.

All over the news is that Leon Panetta is saying that Israel will strike Iran this Spring! Why is he saying that?
This guy is a dangerous loose cannon!! And, in a position of power, thanks to Obama. I don’t like the Republican candidates for president, but I will vote for any of them, except Ron Paul, who is nuts, over Obama.

Now I have to defend BHO and Holder and their buddies – sort of. As I mentioned before, they all come from the Chicago Democratic political machine. It is the most corrupt in the nation. BHO is an artificial product of this background.
So the “defense” here is that BHO actually believes what he says. He doesn’t see corruption as a problem. He believes it is completely normal, as normal as selling his Senate seat after he became president. He has grown up in corruption and been breathing corruption since he learned to walk.
To suggest to him that corruption is something unnatural and negative will be received with utter incomprehension.
And that is why Holder and his gang won’t do anything against corruption. This whole administration is the definition of corruption.

BHO’s entire practical political education was in Cook County (Chicago) machine politics where corruption is as assumed as breathing. I don’t count Harvard Law as PRACTICAL education.
He absorbed the politics of “entitlement”, which is corrupt in its essence, in the pews of Reverend Wright’s establishment.
The man truly has no experience in anything else.

Look at Panetta’s history. He is a career-long faithful servant of the Democratic political establishment.
I don’t believe he is a clueless moron who just blabbed away to no purpose. He is following the Administration line of trying to control the actions of Israel by influencing American public opinion. The absolute last thing this Admin desires in 2012 is a foreign affairs crisis that forces it to take deliberate action before the election. Cry wolf and try to ’shame’ Israel into letting things slide for now. Keep the situation in the Middle East out of the headlines.
I’m sure Panetta’s words were vetted with the White House completely before he dropped his hints to David Ignatius.
